These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of compliance kits and related digital products ("the Products") from Assay, a brand operated by SEEK AI AS (org.nr 936 860 060), Oslo, Norway. Please read them before you buy. By completing a purchase you agree to these terms.
Our Products are sold by SEEK AI AS, a Norwegian company (organisation number 936 860 060) headquartered in Oslo. Stripe is our payment processor and handles the technical processing of your card or bank transfer; SEEK AI AS is the seller and Merchant of Record for every transaction. Questions about a Product, its content, delivery, or updates — or any charge on your statement — should come to us at hello@assay.ae.
The Products are digital documents — including policy templates, procedures, forms, spreadsheets, presentations, and reference material — supplied as downloadable files. They are professional templates and starting points. They are not legal advice and carry no guarantee of any regulatory outcome; please read our Legal Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
When you buy a kit, SEEK AI AS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the documents within your own firm. You may edit and customise the documents for your firm's internal compliance use, and you may share them with your firm's own appointed professional advisers, such as your auditor or lawyer, for that purpose.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share the Products with other firms or competitors, and you may not present them for sale as your own. SEEK AI AS retains all intellectual property rights in the Products.
Prices are shown in euro and are stated at checkout. The launch price applies to a limited number of early buyers as indicated on the website; after that, the standard price applies. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase via Stripe. Prices exclude any applicable VAT or sales tax. SEEK AI AS will charge any tax it is required to collect under Norwegian law; buyers in jurisdictions with reverse-charge or import-VAT obligations are responsible for accounting for tax in their own jurisdiction.
The Products are delivered electronically to the email address used at checkout. During the launch period, the first 25 kits are fulfilled manually, and we aim to deliver within 24 hours of purchase. If your kit has not arrived, contact hello@assay.ae and we will resolve it promptly.
Each kit includes free updates for 12 months from the date of purchase. Where the applicable regulatory framework changes, we make reasonable efforts to revise affected documents and to make the updated versions available to customers within that period. Updates after 12 months may be offered separately.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.
If the kit isn't what your firm needs, contact hello@assay.ae within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a full refund — no forms, no questions. Refunds are issued by SEEK AI AS through Stripe to the original payment method. We may decline a refund only where there is clear evidence of abuse — for example, a request made after the full kit has been redistributed.
The Products are supplied on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that they are error-free, complete, or current at the moment of use, and we do not warrant that using them will result in any particular regulatory outcome. You are responsible for having documents reviewed by a UAE-qualified professional before you rely on them. See the Legal Disclaimer for the full position.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of SEEK AI AS in connection with any Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including penalties, fines, lost profits, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to exclude it.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Norway, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase is the version that applies to that purchase.
